Beginning and experienced yogis alike will feel nurtured, free and light after this class. This is also a great option for athletes.

Hatha Yoga

Enjoy these yoga classes focused on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. Poses are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, build strength, and promote flexibility. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement as we engage the body’s full range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.

Slow & Steady

Yin Yoga

Slow & Steady

Slow Flow & Restore

Support your body with a soothing practice that focuses on moving mindfully through sun salutation and basic yoga postures while using the breath to create space in the mind and body. End with slow, deep Restorative Yoga postures to settle the body and mind.

Go with the Flow

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa translates to “flowing with breath” and is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga, joining postures with inhales and exhales, moving at a faster pace resulting in a flow. This practice is designed to cultivate heat in the body and help you build endurance and strength while exploring more challenging postures, including arm balances and inversions through creative sequencing and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

Lunar/Solar Yoga

 

Uniting your yoga practice with the ebb and flow of nature’s rhythms. These classes are meant to create space for you to reflect and orient your attention and energy so that you can mindfully align to cycle ahead, whether it be with the moon or the sun. You can expect to move, sit and journal in ways that bring awareness and connection to our external environment so that life can begin to flow more easily, in a balanced and harmonious way from within. Bringing a journal is recommended but not necessary.

Restorative

A meditative practice incorporating supported positions of comfort and ease, which in turn, support health and healing. Regular practice of Restorative Yoga is an antidote to stress. It is about opening, not stretching. Therefore, it is for people of all ages, from any level of yoga experience, and in all states of health.
