Fit Over Fifty will be focusing on maintaining strength, balance, and flexibility. The equipment we will be using includes – a balance bar for work, band exercises, body-weight, and light-weight dumbbell exercises. If you are looking to maintain your strength and work on balance and flexibility in a safe environment, this is the class for you. All exercises will be modifiable to fit your needs.
