It can be difficult to integrate wellness and fitness into your pregnancy journey so we offer movement classes at every step. Whether you are looking for prenatal yoga or postpartum workouts, we’ve got you covered with intentional movement classes.

A Prenatal Workout

Prenatal Yoga

Our prenatal yoga class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. Yoga is a perfect way to restore, relax, and prepare your body and mind for childbirth. Our prenatal class offers a combination of strengthening, stretching, and meditation. You will learn effective breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises, hip openers, and postures to release neck, shoulders, back, and hip tension. This is a wonderful way to connect with yourself and your baby for the journey that lies ahead. 
 
*No previous yoga experience necessary.
*Physician clearance to participate in physical exercise is required.

Birth in Motion

Birth in Motion is a FREE group class for pregnant mothers and their support partners to prepare for labor and birth. This active movement class teaches labor positions, breathing techniques, and pain management tools. It is taught by Josie Stokken, DPT, a pelvic physical therapist, a pre-and postnatal exercise certified specialist, and Shanna Swanson, a certified doula. It is sponsored by MOMS, Restorative Physio, and Simply Be. 

A Postpartum Workout

Mama & Baby

This postpartum fitness class is the perfect way to restart or initiate a fitness regimen after having a baby. This class focuses on restoring The Foundation, which is challenged by pregnancy and delivery. We guide you through a safe and effective exercise program where you and your baby can bond and sweat in a supportive, community-focused atmosphere. 

*Mamas can join once cleared by their physician at the 6-8 week follow-up appointment. Before starting classes, it is recommended that patients have pelvic floor rehab with a pelvic physical therapist. 

**Babies are welcome until they become mobile
