This postpartum fitness class is the perfect way to restart or initiate a fitness regimen after having a baby. This class focuses on restoring The Foundation, which is challenged by pregnancy and delivery. We guide you through a safe and effective exercise program where you and your baby can bond and sweat in a supportive, community-focused atmosphere.
*Mama’s can join once cleared by their physician at the 6-8 week follow-up appointment. Recommended patients have pelvic floor rehab with a pelvic physical therapist before starting classes.
